This is an ideal film for those starting out as it contains a small amount of dialogue to learn and five simple scenes to film.

This film requires some sweets, a cake, a notebook and some dirty dishes to clean!

We’ll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of you receiving your filmmakers' pack. To start the return and refund process please contact our support team, via email, on support@hellofilm.co.uk.

Your filmmakers' pack must be returned in original condition - including all packaging - within 14 days of your request to return. If any part of the pack are missing, no refund can be made until we receive full pack content.

You will need to pay for return postage. If you need advice on returning by post our customer support team will be happy to help.

Once we've received your filmmakers' pack, please allow 14 days for your refund to arrive. We'll get in touch when your refund has been processed.

Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the HelloFilm filmmaking experience, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund is credited to the same card.

We cannot accept any refund requests beyond the 14 day period after receiving your filmmakers' pack.

The final edited films are personalised and created using the footage received. We are unable to offer a refund on these items.

After you receive your edited film you will always have 7 days to request any tweaks and/or amendments from our editing team - the process to do this will be included in your filmmakers' pack.
